At Copperaa, we strive to provide our customers with the finest quality copper products. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

Include clear photos of the product, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted only if the wrong product or size has been received.

  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange request.
