1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once processed, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Time

  • Domestic Orders (within India): Delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Delivery may take 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs process.

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or festive seasons.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid domestic orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can also track your order anytime on our website under the “Track Order” section.

5. Packaging & Care

Each Copperaa product is packed using eco-friendly materials to preserve the planet and your product’s shine.
We ensure every copper bottle and accessory is handled with care and delivered securely.

6. Delays & Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time:

  • Please check your tracking link first.

  • If there’s still an issue, contact our support team at support@copperaa.com with your order ID.

We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and ensure your satisfaction.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
We’ll review and send a replacement or refund as per our policy.
